1. Digital Products and Online Courses

  • Once payment is made for any digital product, online course, or consultancy service, it is considered final and non-refundable.
  • This includes but is not limited to:
    • Recorded lectures
    • Downloadable materials
    • Subscriptions to learning platforms

2. Offline Services

  • Fees paid for offline programs, workshops, or consultancy services are non-refundable.
  • In case of unforeseen circumstances, you may request a rescheduling of your session or course (subject to availability).

3. Exceptional Cases

Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate payment: If you have made a duplicate payment by mistake, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.
  • Service not delivered: If a service was not initiated due to an error on our part, you may request a refund.

4. Refund Request Process

For eligible cases, you must submit a written request within 7 days of the payment date. Please email us at hr@fresherworldet.com with the following details:

  • Full Name
  • Payment Receipt
  • Reason for Refund

5. Resolution Time

Approved refund requests (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days.
