- Once payment is made for any digital product, online course, or consultancy service, it is considered final and non-refundable.
- This includes but is not limited to:

- Subscriptions to learning platforms
2. Offline Services
- Fees paid for offline programs, workshops, or consultancy services are non-refundable.
- In case of unforeseen circumstances, you may request a rescheduling of your session or course (subject to availability).
3. Exceptional Cases
Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:
- Duplicate payment: If you have made a duplicate payment by mistake, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.
- Service not delivered: If a service was not initiated due to an error on our part, you may request a refund.
